Our Company
Tavra Coffee Estate (TCE) is a seed-to-export coffee processor and estate manager based in West Java. With our primary plantations located in Mount Kencana and Citamiang Village Cisarua, Bogor, we specialize in high-standard post-harvest processing.As a collective, we unify a network of independent farmers throughout Indonesia, delivering the diverse richness of Indonesian coffee from our estates and partners directly to the global market.

Renowned globally as Giling Basah, our Sumatra Arabica undergoes a traditional wet-hulling process unique to the Indonesian archipelago. By removing the parchment at a higher moisture content, we unlock a cup profile that is celebrated for its low acidity and remarkably heavy, syrupy body. This artisanal method imparts deep, earthy complexity with distinct notes of dark chocolate, cedar, and wild spices—a bold and authentic representation of Sumatra’s volcanic terroir.
